I’ve tried dieting already…can coaching really help?
You’re so right! Another fancy diet probably won’t help your PCOS.
That’s exactly why we DON’T DO DIETS!
The concept of dieting is restrictive, and we believe that restriction is harmful to your overall health and may lead to eating disorders.
Our Transformational Philosophy:
Holistic health is all about balance. Some foods nourish our bodies, and others are just fun foods. Health is the balance between the two.
With PCOS, nutrition deficiencies and blood sugar dysregulation can lead to crazy cravings. I want to re-iterate that its NOT a lack of WILLPOWER!
When we uncover which nutrients your body is missing & how we can support balanced blood sugar based on your unique needs, THEN your cravings will reduce significantly and it will be much easier to make the nourishing choice!
Again, no restriction around here. Most women with PCOS are in fact not eating enough! It’s all about identifying & supporting what YOUR body needs to heal.
Coaching will be hard work & I already have no time for myself. How will this work?
This is something I hear all the time on consultations. You are not alone! So many of our clients are busy working moms, students working full time, professionals, entrepreneurs & everything in between.
Most of my clients have very little time for self-care, and that’s why we take special care to customize your program to your needs!
Our Transformational Philosophy:
We know you’re busy… So we keep it simple!
No 2 hour morning routines around here….unless you’re into that. We don’t believe in adding a bunch of things to your to-do list.
That’s why we specialize in personalized support for all of our 1:1 coaching clients where we dive deep into your current lifestyle to find little pockets of time to fit in micro-habits & tweak your existing habits to reach your goals!
We’re avoiding overwhelm at all costs.
So no matter if you have 5 minutes or 50 minutes, we’re here to tailor the plan to your unique needs.
Everyone and their aunt is a coach…how do I know it will work for me?
Such a valid point!
There are a lot of people on social media calling themselves coaches with no certifications or proof of results. It’s a real danger! & you SHOULD be concerned if someone is telling you “what your body needs” and they haven’t even met you.

Zoé is a Certified Nutritional Therapist through The Health Sciences Academy of the UK
& multiple further women’s health coaching certifications through The Integrative Women’s Health Institute of the USA
